Biblical Foundations for human life
"To The Law & the Testimony" Isaiah 8:20
A compass in the sea
“And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:32
In the sea of multitude of knowledge, conceptions, theories, human theologies, etc. etc. we need a compass, we need a light to guide us.
Which one will we choose? The inspire Word of God, the One the created all that is created, or the words inspired by another spirit or by human wisdom?
Proverbs 2: 1, 2, 5
"Who wants wisdom?"
“My son, if thou wilt receive my words, and hide my commandments with thee;
So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding;
Then shalt thou understand the fear of the Lord, and find the knowledge of God.”
Proverbs 2: 1, 2, 5.
The Word of God because there is a treasure of strength and richness that nobody can provide to us.
The windows of heaven are open when we pray.
“If you love me, keep my commandments” says our Lord Jesus Christ.
Where is the source of power and strength?
God is with you wherever you go
“Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.”
"... I have no pleasure in the death"
“ For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord God: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye.”
Ezekiel 18: 30-32
